Return & Exchange Policies

At Magnet Truck Parts, your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If you encounter any issues or are not satisfied with your purchase, please select the most convenient option from our Returns Policy outlined below.

Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy if an item is faulty. The time period for these rights varies depending on the product’s nature, the price paid, and any representations made.

If you believe an item is faulty, it may need to be assessed by the manufacturer or their service agent. For major failures, you can choose between a refund, exchange, or repair. For minor failures, we will repair or may replace the item within a reasonable time.

Please note that items damaged through misuse or abnormal use may not qualify for a refund, exchange, or repair. Proof of purchase is required for any remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

The fastest way to return items for replacement, refund, or repair is to visit your local Magnet Truck Parts store with your tax invoice as proof of purchase.

Damaged In Transit

If you discover damage upon unpacking your order, contact the Magnet Truck Parts store that fulfilled your order as soon as possible. Branch contact details are in your order confirmation email.

Not As Advertised/Incorrect Item

If your order is incorrect, please contact the store that fulfilled your order or reach out to our Customer Service Team at info@magnettruckparts.com or 0474 499 663.

Magnet Truck Parts reserves the right to cancel or not fulfill an order if:

  • The items are no longer in stock or cannot be supplied, or
  • There is a pricing or product description error.
  • In such cases, we will refund the amount paid for any canceled order.

Faulty Product

For faulty products, contact the store that fulfilled your order using the details in your order confirmation email. Our team will assist you with a refund, replacement, or repair. Note that some manufacturers require faulty items to be assessed before we can issue a replacement.

Returns

Magnet Truck Parts will cover the return freight cost for faulty parts (e.g., items that are delivered faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for intended purpose, or covered under warranty).

If you need to return items by courier, contact our Customer Service Team at info@magnettruckparts.com or 0474 499 663. Provide your order number, name, phone number, product code, and details of the fault.

We will address your concerns and, if necessary, email you a Returns Authorisation Notice. Items returned without this notice cannot be processed. Once you receive the notice, print it and include it with your return. Securely package your items, preferably in the original packaging.

If courier collection is required, email us at info@magnettruckparts.com to arrange a suitable time. Ensure items are securely packaged and labeled with the return address from the Returns Authorisation Notice.

We aim to send a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, excluding remote locations, provided the Returns Authorisation Notice is included with the returned items.
